I have a problem: management crash issues at Enterasys B5G124-48
The switch still works, but only the management crashes. I can connect via telnet and ssh, but on the Netsight Console its still out. Can anyone help me to solve this problem?
There“s no problem about the temperature or system process.

Is this the only switch that has this problem? Are others working fine? Do they maybe have another firmware?
Answer: Yes, it“s the only equipment. Most of my equipments have this version of firmware.
If I understand it correctly, this problem only occurs sometimes and is not always the case?
Answer: The problem occurs sometimes, but data and voice still work, just the management that fails.

Well, this is even older than your switch firmware. š (current Version is NetSight 8.5)

In addition:
Use the command āshow snmp counterā, does this give any hint? e.g. usmStatsWrongDigst, usmStatsUnknownEngineId?
Answer: Both are increasing from time to time
