Summary
7720 Universal Switch - ZTP does not work after DHCP times out when using the out-of-band (OOB) management Ethernet port and the pre-installed image 32.4.1.5.
Background
The 7720 switches are currently shipped with a pre-GA software image - Switch Engine version 32.4.1.5. This version of software will not support the Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) functionality because of defect ID EXOS-33510. The problem is due to the DHCP request timing out during the DHCP discovery process, resulting in ZTP not being initiated.
