Hi Extreme Team,

We have been facing on huge AP 305C not reflecting on Extreme Cloud IQ. There are no issue with DNS, blocking required ports, redirect issues, multiple public IP NAT issue. But APs are not reflecting on Extreme Cloud IQ, please help us here since we are getting stuck here on customer site deployment.

check web-ui of one of the APs.

I had the same issue and the reason was, that a regional dc was inserted as destination and not the global dc.
