Onboard Extreme Network AP - stale record

Purchased AP5020 from ebay - was on-boarded but not connecting fully.  Removed from cloudIQ, Attempting to re-onboard AP5020 with serial CV012421S-C2168A and getting 'stale record of the device was found in the redirector.'  Any assistance to release to allow me to add back to my cloud hive to allow and onboard the AP, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advanced.

Provided proof of purchase from ebay, image of back of device with serial and Matt at extreme IQ assisted and release.  No further action required.  Slightly disappointed here in this instance as submitted 3 days ago and not one comment by managers or community... but all good.  Thanks for the past support as community is typically a solid place go get assistance.
