I am receiving the error:

A stake record of the device was found in the redirector.

I recently removed these devices from a different account

As an alternative to opening a case, if you can email the serial number to me at community@extremenetworks.com, I can get that device freed up for you as well.

If the devices were onboarded into an account and later removed and placed into another, you will get this error since they are still registered in our database under the first account. Please contact GTAC and ask that the APs be released from the enitial account they were mapped to. Once done, you will be able to add to new one.

Deleting from one account and adding to another in Hive Manager is not sufficient, they will have to be released from Redirector as well and this is done by us.

Thank you,

Chris

Hi  @jgiannosa .

I have also seen similar issues. The device deleted or added by one account was not updated for other account. and the account that deleted the device could still see the device in the list as disconnected. Workaround that we found in our case was “reboot of device locally”.
