XCA Version

Today XCA version 4.56.08 was released. But version 4.76.01 had been released a few days ago.

Are there  two operational versions? What is recommended to upgrade from 4.56.05?

From the 4.76 release notes….

This Release includes all previous 4.36.xx.xxxx and 4.56.xx.xxxx enhancements and changes

Note: ExtremeCloud Appliance v4.76.01 is a Campus-Only Edition.

This edition supports only configuration for Centralized sites.

Distributed sites, creation or upgrade, is not supported in this revision.

The upgrade process will abort on any systems that have Distributed sites configured.
