We are very excited to announce that on August 30th, 2022 we will launch a new Hub Community! After listening to extensive feedback from our members, we are revamping the Hub and we expect our new community to better meet your needs and help make your Extreme Networks experience enjoyable and effortless.

To facilitate this move, our current community will be put in to read only mode on August 26th, 2022. Any questions or requests that would typically be posted to the community during this time can be sent to community@extremenetworks.com.

All content, member activity, and resources in the current community will be moved over to the new community. The community site will still live at community.extrementeworks.com, and all bookmarks should remain functional after the move as well.

A couple things to note about the move:

  • You will need to reset your password the first time you log in to the new community. Please keep an eye out for our new SSO login features if you already have an account on the Extreme Portal.
  • Your username may be adjusted slightly, this is a requirement of the new community site rules. The main changes are that spaces will be replaced with underscores, and random numbers will be added to the end in the case of duplicates. You will be able to edit your new username after singing in.
  • If you do not have an avatar in the current community, you will receive a random avatar icon in the new community. This can be adjusted in your settings after you log in. If you have an avatar image today, that will carry over to the new community.
