How to backup Enterasys S4 S-Series with netsight Inventory Manager

I already configure the Inventory Manager to make backup of the switch S4, but the inventory manager show follow error "Device reported, operation failed". How can I handle this issue? Netsight 6.1.0.171 Core Switch S4
