EMC missing tab - firmware/archives

My customer is running 8.0.2 with a advanced license.

Here his available options...

My test system looks like this....

Any idea why the inventory manager options are missing.
We've cleared the browser cache and done a restart of EMC but still the same.

Good call, too many tickets on my desk so I can't think straight.

I'll check that in the next remote session if the admin user has full access to all the options.

Brwoser seems OK, we've tried it on different apps and systems.

Just guessing: any role restrictions? Is the customer logged as admin? The browser issue? Any errors in the log file? Z.
