Hi,
In my Netsight console I receive continuously the syslog error message:

127.0.0.1 received short packet ip addr 0.0.0.0
127.0.0.1 received short packet ip addr 0.0.0.0
127.0.0.1 received short packet ip addr 0.0.0.0
127.0.0.1 received short packet ip addr 0.0.0.0

Help meee !!
How can I to resolve this problem???

Hi,

I’ve the same issue but only one NIC (the XMC is deployed in a VM environment),

does anyone have any suggestions?

the deployment with more than One NIC card can be tricky. OneView does listen on one IP address. you can use other NICs for syslog/snmp/ssh/console...
I suggest to check NIC drivers and NIC type...

I suppose the problem is caused by the 3th ethernet card that I have added to my pc

Infact if I disable the card the message do not compare in the syslog message tab

BUt I need this 3th card so I must resolve the problem without disable the card
