Events stopped appearing inn XIQ-SE

Hello,
Customer using XIQ-SE has informed me that they no longer see Events all of a sudden. The number of Events in top right corner shows 1000 which could be a limit maybe? Is there a way to clear the oldest Events so that new Events can appear again?

if you are referring to the Operations, then there is limit of 1000 records in the operations panel. The recent (newest) 1000 are displayed. Customers should see the fresh operations, the right click and Clear Selected or Clear All:

Hello,
Any chance you can send a screenshot to provide more detail on which events you are referring to?
The Alarms & Events tab --> Events has multiple different events you can be trying to look at.
The counter should be in the bottom right, not the top right:
The number of events by default should be limited to 9000 events, and it will automatically show new events and no longer display older events.
