How do I rename or delete an End-System group in NAC

Is there a way to delete or rename an End System group in NAC?

I had the same issue.
First export the values of the group.
Created a new group with the new name and imported the values.
Now link the group in the nac rule.
Delete the old goup.
Thats it - rename the group.

I kept clicking on the group on the left and then it took me to the properties of the group. Totally missed just clicking on the group in the right side. Thanks!

You can't rename it but you are able to delete it....
