Strangely this is happening on two switches at two sites now. We just upgraded the version of XOS to 31.7.3.37-patch1-31 but the issue persists. A case has been opened with Extreme but they aren't sure what the issue is.

Tried this again today, and the reason for the ports being blocked really was the fact that they were set to auto-negotiate on in the ISP control panel and auto-negotiate off on the ports. Switching the ISP to auto off resolved the blocking.

We changed the MTU setting on the VLANs and that did resolve the issue. With that said, I checked the old switch and the MTU setting was not changed there so I have no idea how it was working without issue for years.
