I´m buidling a Netsight System with different locations.
unfortuanally some locations using "wrong" Ip Addresses becaus of historical reasons ...
its not possible to change these addresses becaus there are large networks behind them.
The Problem is that everything in Netsigh or analytics show these addreses as country "US" or
internet.
`How can i change the predefined address allocation into the netsight database ?
Example : one of my customers use 128.20.0.0/16 as internal lan IP´s
and i have to switch this region to germany and local addresses
Regards

I've also added the request on how to add fantasy countries/flags.
e.g. 10.10.10.0/8 with a ExtremeNetworks flag and the name HQ1

Chris,
you'd try it with a GTAC ticket because I think only the dev will know where the IP2country information is stored and if you are able to edit it.

Hello Ronald,
of course you are right. but we talk about mistakes a customer engineer did 25 years before ..
and now you can not change the local ip network of an hospital with 3000 ip addresses...
without a full shutdown or 100 day´s working
Example here : local network 128.20.0.0/16
All of reports and analytics windows show that only as "United States"
Yes you are the greatest 🙂
but here the manual entry into the menu "Device endpoint location / IP Address " should overwrite this !
