How to upgrade EWC firmware by using Inventory Manager?

I can't upgrade EWC(V2110) firmware by Inventory Manager, but i can download configuration file from EWC to NetSight.

How can i do?

Hi Dough,

the document is fine, but when I configure the Inventory Manager according to the document, then I 'm not able to make a configuration archive of the EWC. I get a message "Configuration Upload script is empty in file Enterasys Networks Wireless Controller - SCP". I checked the script, and there is no section to upload the configuration of the Inventory Manager. We run NetSight 6.3.0.179. Is it the same in the older version of NetSight?

I check all setting according the KB and try again, but it halt at this windows(as attach).
I login to EWC and check the firmware, it already download from netsight(as attach).

Please help!
