I am pretty new to Extreme Networks and have never gone through a system upgrade other then firmware updates to switches. The end of last year, we finished rolling out all Extreme Networks switches, APs/controllers and servers to our company of 12 offices and 2 data centers.
What we have now...
1 x XMC ver 8.1.3.65
4 x Control (NAC) servers
1 x Analytics server
2 x Wireless controllers
8 x X440-G2 stacks in main office (over 2100 total ports
11 x X450-G2 stacks, one in each of 11 remote offices
All using the same policy domain
94 APs spread across the company with two controllers at our data centers
All virtual servers on VMware
I have been reading on how to do this, but I wanted some advice from some how has done this...
Some main points I want to verify...
I was able to download these files, are they correct?
Management = ExtremeManagementCenter_Suite_8.2.4.42_64bit_install.bin
Control = nac_appliance_64bit_sw_upgrade_to_8.2.4.42.bin
Analytics = purview_appliance_upgrade_to_8.2.4.42.bin
Any advise, issues, thing to watch out for, things to prep for?
Here are some links I found that seem to he helpful:

Hi
Just another piece of advice... I just found a new GTAC Knowledge article that needs to be observed in this upgrade (especially if you have Hardware NAC Appliances):
https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000063358
SCENARIO 2 - HARDWARE APPLIANCES
Extreme Networks currently does not have a field-based resolution for hardware NAC appliances to support software release 8.2.4.42.
CRITICAL: Please do not upgrade any NAC hardware appliance to software release 8.2.4.42 or above until resolved.
Best regards,
-Leo
