How to use Netsight to backup Extreme switch configurations?

Am using Netsight to backup the Extreme switch configuration. I have 100 switches in my network. Kindly help me with the steps to backup from netsight.

Could you please provide a screenshot of the following two windows.
- in Inventory manager select one of the X-switches - I'd like to see the info in the right "general" tab
- then select the "image information" tab and post that also
- Netsight version
- is 10.102.9.102 the IP of the Netsight server

Hi,
I am getting error as " Configuration file is empty". In all the switch am using VR-Mgmt.
Even when i use the below manual script in all the switch it is working.
"tftp put 10.102.9.102 vr "VR-Mgmt" primary.cfg 10_102_9_248_primary.cfg"
In this below script let me know which one i have to edit:
VR_VAR.Default=VR-Mgmt
PUT_FILE_CMD.Default=tftp %TFTP_IP% -v "%VR_VAR%" -p -l %LOCAL_FILE_NAME% -r %REMOTE_FILE_NAME%
GET_FILE_CMD.Default=tftp %TFTP_IP% -v "%VR_VAR%" -g -l %LOCAL_FILE_NAME% -r %REMOTE_FILE_NAME%
RESTORE_PRIMARY_CMD.Default=tftp get %TFTP_IP% vr "%VR_VAR%" %RELATIVE_TARGET_FILE_PATH% primary.cfg force-overwrite
