Hello,

I have the SIte Engine in version 21.11.10.57, from the SIte Engine I already made the registry to receive traps and syslog from all my switches but nothing arrives and if I have had events from which something should have arrived. Do you know if I need to add any command to the switches?

I have X440-G2-24p-10G4, C5K125-48P2, and VSP-7400-48Y-8C switches.

Hello,

Has the switch been configured to send traps/syslog to XIQ-SE? If it's a supported switch you can right click the device --> More Actions --> Register Traps Receiver or Register Syslog Receiver.

XIQ-SE will try and configure the traps based on the credentials configured in Administration --> options --> traps.
