installing NMS (NetSight) in Windows "404 - Not Found"

Hi All,

Upon installing NMS (NetSight) in Windows I encountered "404 - Not Found" when I trying to log in it to web browser.

https://domain-name:8080

https://domain-name:8443

Can you help me on this?

Hi Nino , I had the same error 1 month ago in 8.1 version. Just re- installed same version of netsight.exe and it worked . I didn't get backup, all of my database same and runnig now. Thanks Furkan

OS: Windows 10

Did you change the OS from backup to restore point?
Which versions do you use ?
Was the previous version on a windows server ?
What does the log say ?
