Now we have another question with this point, How can change the login credential (cli- admin/password) in all our devices? Is this possible with Netsight too? Thanks a lot. Note: This topic was created from a reply on the How To Manage SNMP credentials (Communities) and passwords in Enterasys NetSight topic.

This can be done via the command script component of NetSight's Inventory Manager. Run Inventory Manager, select the Tools menu, choose "Execute Command Script". You will need to enter your CLI commands for the task at hand in the commands box. Select your devices and execute. You will want to try one device to prove syntax and desired results prior to pushing to all of your devices. Also keep in mind different devices could have different syntax to perform the same function. Alternately, you could have your devices authenicate via RADIUS and use accounts from say Active Directory for your CLI logins.
