We have an alert setup that will send an email when an event matching the severity of alert, critical, emergency, error, or warning occurs. That of course is also sending alerts when a PC is turned off. Is there a wan to customize the alarm so that we still get alerts for all the events except that one (without just turning off that specific Agent Interface Down alert?
