Job scheduled with PING to...

I would create a scheduled job that ping a particular port and give me an alarm if the pc connected at this port do not respond

I have 12 switch B5 series and 2 x450 so I need 2 CLI type?

good idea but I receive any problem with SNMP time out Contact lost!!!
I try to modify the snmp time out value?
In all device I can do it but not in this device type

I think I've found a bug.... if you add the device as mentioned above with profile ping only the poll type is set to SNMP and then it doesn't work.

Workaround > right click the device > device > configure device > set the poll type to ping > save

example with wron g poll type....
