Dear All Expert,
Good Day, I would like to get some advice from the expert as I install a new NetSight with version 5.1.0.153 as I can ping the default IP 192.168.1.1 with I directly connect to the server from my laptop via using RJ45. But I can’t login to the server with using 192.168.1.1:8080 and 192.168.1.1:8443.

Hi Chee,
I’m not sure if it might be the case, as I didn’t see NetSight older than 6.x myself; was the appliance configured after installation?
Is it under Linux or Windows Server?
Under Linux the main service is most likely called nsserver (service nsserver start). It should start automatically after booting the server.

Hi Stephan,
Also I have use the Advanced Port Scanner to scan the port also only able to detect port 22 and port 111
and port 8080 and 8443 is not appear.

Hello Chee,
are you sure you are using a 5.x version? this is very very old.
