Please check that you do not have a user firewall blocking requests on your client system. if you do, you can find a port exception list in the netsight documentation. please verify (because this is from memory and I'm getting old) but I think the required ports are:
TCP 8080, 8443, 4530-4533.

i also go to C:\Users\ba\AppData\Roaming\NetSight\logs and found this logs in console.log :

it's 1.8.0_131 (architecture x86_64) i tried also with 1.8.0_144 but the same problem.
