netsight SNMP trap service do not start

My "netsight SNMP trap service" do not start ..

can onyone help me?
My log trap is empty..... "Unable to find events in log file"
While the "TRAP SNMP " start instead "Netsight SNMP trap service " do not start.
I try also to close the "TRAP SNMP " service and start the "Netsight SNMP trap service " but uselessly
