I see you asked the same question on the video itself.
I can not find any reference to this workflow in any internal repositories nor as you noted on the public GitHub portal. In the video it is a User Workflow (i.e. one created by the operator of that specific XMC instance) so it was likely created for the purposes of presentation but unfortunately not provided with the product or publicly.
