XIQ SE Access Control LDAP Join Domain Failed XIQ NAC - Alarm Event clear missing

XIQ SE Access Control LDAP Join Domain Failed XIQ NAC - Alarm Event clear missing

Hello,
We had a restart of one of our two XIQ NAC Engines and then received the alert “Failed to join domain: ‘%Domain%’ for user: ‘%User%’. Join domain unsuccessful”.
As a test, we gave the system account used increased domain rights in order to be able to perform the join.
The AD object of the VW has a current Changed date after the restart
Restarting the VM several times did not generate a clear entry and the alarm is still present.
We see in the Access Control that no WLAN clients authenticate via this engine, although it is set as primary by the WLAN controller.

How can the domain join be checked manually on the NAC if the clear alarm “Access Control LDAP Join Domain Successful” does not occur automatically?

Thank you very much
