Hello !
We have a XMC 8.3.1.9 installation with NAC and NMS-ADV license.
On one PC user is kicked out of XMC right after he’s logged in, like below:
He’s using root account and he’s able to login from other workstations with no problem.
Machine is not a part of any device group in NAC.
So the problem is with this particular PC.
HTTP web server session timeout is set to 2 hours.
Guys: any idea how to start troubleshooting ?

They might try to “Clear Browser Setting” in the top menu. But it can be a challenge if the browser does log out the user very quickly.

Hello Zdenek,
They had problems with Chrome and IE (newest versions I believe).
It was working coupke weeks ago.
Thay said they cleared the cache.
On freshly installed Firefox everything runs OK.

Is the supported browser used?
Clear the cache in your browser.

Update: I’ve found following entries in /usr/local/Extreme_Networks/NetSight/appdata/logs/admin.log:
81238 1572943780323 User Connection.5.Event root 192.168.34.21 --- Authentication Authentication successful for web user; user group: NetSight Administrator
81239 1572943780340 User Connection.5.Event root 192.168.34.21 --- Client Added Authentication successful for client (Extreme Management Center); user group: NetSight Administrator

However the, connection time is not that long (more than 2 minutes) - user is kicked out after 2-3 seconds.
