Dear all
We are trying to set up ZTP+ for out EXOS Switches. Now we are struggeling with the out uplinks, which should be configured as lacp sharing. How can we configure during the ZTP+ process the uplink and the downlink ports of the upstream switch as a sharing?
thanks in advance

Hi Michael,
Keep in mind that if you enable LACP on sharing and use this LAG as uplink for a new switch without any initial LACP sharing configuration then those ports won't get active state. Best option IMO is to setup static sharing, do ZTP+ and enable LACP on both side after ZTP+ provisioning using some workflow.
In addition, if you connect EXOS to Fabric Connect SMLT ports then Fabric Attach on EXOS will automatically configure static sharing and provision management VLAN

I know, the easier way would be with fabric connect. But we have a lot of small locations without fabric. this automatic sharing configuration for classic EXOS to EXOS would be nice 😉 I gonna try to the it up an running with a custom workflow

Hi Michal, you can play with custom configurations in the action tab of the site that call a workflows for run the necessary commands during ZTP+ for your exos switches. There are example of workflow in the github repository of Extreme Networks that you can use as starting point for your custom workflow.
