We bought 2 AP630's for a non profit organisation.

When adding these to our ExtremecloudIQ environment I get the following messages resulting in the same issue. We can't add them.

  • 06301904130711 A stale record of the device was found in the redirector.
  • 06301904130595 Device already onboarded

@SamPirok you helped us before. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

Hi @hwverwoerd,

I wish I could help but unfortunately I don't have access to the redirector server any more so I can't help with these kinds of errors. You'd need to contact our support team to request they remove the old records for you. Very sorry I couldn't be more helpful here.
