We bought some AP's for our non-profit organisation and when adding them to XIQ we got this message: A stale record of the device was found in the redirector01301912242108,01221702260876,01221702271439,01221702271391,01221702162740,01221702271508,012...

I'm trying to onboard a AP121 with HivOS 6.5R12. This does not work. I can see the AP got a IP address, I can Putty to it and I can go to the browser based page. I can't login using the default Password aerohive or Aerohive1. What could be wrong here
