A Stake record of the device was found in the redirector

@Sam Pirok Hi, are you able to please resolve the Stake Record issue for these two devices

I know the APs were in the UNMANAGED state for some time, and this has occurred while changing to the MANAGED status.

Hi Jason, thanks for checking in here, those devices should now be free. I'd recommend removing any record of them from XIQ, and then re-onboarding them just to make sure everything syncs properly.

Hi @jason.hills, thanks for letting me know. Those devices are still registered to a previous owner, so we'll need to reach out to them to get permission to remove the old records for these devices. Once I have that, I can free these devices up so you can add them to your inventory, I'll let you know as soon as that is done. Please feel free to check in with me here anytime for an update. ​
