I got the error msg 'A stale record of the device was found in the redirector' when i onboard the device, please help, SN: 06501809180054

I'm having the same issue when trying to onboard my device. I'm getting the error message: "A stale record of the device was found in the redirector." mymilestonecard Did you find a solution for this? My device SN: 06501809180054. Would appreciate any help!

It sounds like the device you're trying to onboard is already registered in another inventory. You'll need to remove it from the existing inventory before you can add it to a new one. If you're unsure how to proceed, contacting your support team with the serial number (SN: 06501809180054) would be the best course of action.
