I recently bought an AP460C and get the message when trying to board it to my account:
A stale record of the device was found in the redirector.
Any help will be appreciated.

@PatrickCI bought the devices from a electronics recycle shop. I have the invoice for them. Would it count as a proof of purchase?

The error indicates the device has a stale entry in the redirector. Contact the manufacturer’s support team with your serial number (S/N: 24602101250364) and request them to clear or update the redirector record for your AP460C. Once done, try onboarding the device again.

DO you know how to contact them directly? I have a Extreme Networks branded AP that I got second hand from ebay, so not really aware of the support channels.
