I got 9 accesspoints second hand, trying to add them to ExtremeCloudIQ.
I get the message "A stale record was found in the redirector"

Is someone able to release the serial numbers?

You'll need to log a support case to do this, Sometimes Sam Pirok can help but I don't think he's technically supposed to do it.
