Adding a factory-reset AP to Connect shows Pilot license limit reached

Hi, we are trying to set up a new Connect account for testing purposes, but when we are trying to add one of the AP's (previously being used with a Pilot license but with a hard reset done) we are shown this error:

Hi Rodrigo, can you DM me your VHm-ID or the email address you use to login? I will look into this licensing issue for you.
