Hi,
Trying to Upgrade IQ Engine and Extreme Network Switch Images --> Upgrade to the latest version (10.5r3) returns an error:
Device Update Failed: The firmware about product type AP_122 and version 10.5.3.0 is not found

Hi,
since a few weeks we have been having problems updating a few of our aerohive access points through the extremecloud IQ portal. Update fail with the message: H&R Block Online
The cli 'no radio profile "<profilename>" primary-channel-offset' execute failed cause by: unknown error
This seems to only be happening to a few specific models, AP330, AP121, our AP122,AP130, AP250's are updating fine using the same config.. anyone else using aerohive with cloudIQ and running into the same issues ?

It's already been fixed, please try the upgrade again.

We are seeing the same here with AP650s and AP305Cs.
