I have 9 AP130 that is from Expired Hivemanager account, can you realese them?

Hi @Neompx, thanks for reaching out. I see that device as currently registered to a different user in our system so I’ll need to reach out to the original owner to get approval for a transfer of ownership. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back. If you’re still in contact with the original owner and can encourage them to answer my email, that may help speed things along a bit here.
