Hi @Sam Pirok,
I've purchased these 2x AP230 from a reseller which mentioned these devices have been refurbished, but fully covered by their warranty.
However, when I try to add them to my ExtremeCloud IQ, the message appears that these devices have been added by another user.
Is there a possibility for me to be able to on-board these devices into my ExtremeCloud IQ account?
These are the serial numbers:

02301510302903
