AP230 update failed on extremeCloud IQ. Basically I can not add network policy to the device, because it is not listed (probably due old firmware)

Where could be the problem? Should I update it manually? Where should I get latest firmware?

Current version is 6.4.1.0 (6.4r1a)

Hello, I’ve emailed you with instructions on how to get the firmware you’ll need. We need to update the AP to 6.5r3 minimum to manage the AP in XIQ.
