Thanks for explaining. Even if you bought it through a third party seller like Ebay, we'll still need to speak to a local sales engineer to see if they can assist with a transfer of ownership when we can't contact the original owner. They are the only ones that can free up a device without prior approval from the original owner. Alternatively, you might want to consider returning those devices to the seller.
