AP4020 serial not supported when onboarding on XIQ

Hello,

I've been trying to onboard an AP4020 on my XIQ (Connect) but when I type in the serial number (and yes, I verified that it is correct 😁) I get "At least one of the specified serial numbers is not supported" and I can't go on with the onboarding. On my XIQ there is no other device onboarded (I use it for tests).

What am I missing?

Per release notes, the AP4020 is supported in 25r2 so you should not have an issue onboarding them. Please open a GTAC ticket so that we may have a look at it and troubleshoot.

XIQ 25r3 is being rolled out at this time. Please wait to see if this is resolved with this upgrade. If not we'll test it at our end and raise an engineering ticket if needed.

hello @Christoph_S ,

since the issue is not solved, can you please raise the engineering ticket? A customer is experiencing the same issue and it's kind of a problem not being able to use the devices they purchased.
