Error 502 - Bad Gateway appears in the portal when trying to enter the email to request the PIN on the Guest Network.
Does anyone know what it could be?

I get the same result…
I don’t see what we’ve done wrong so I’d recommend to open a ticket with the GTAC so they could take a look.
Nor sure whether they have took the server for https://ops2-r1.Extremecloudiq.com/webportal/ offline 🙂

what AP model is used and could you post a screenshot of the SSID window and CWP window to check the config.

hi, thanks for the help, worked up to two days ago, it's not a new installation. He doesn't even ask for the email, the error when opening the portal.
