Hi There!
Since the last update of the ExtremeCloudIQ it does not show the proper time when an user authenticates. For instance, today I authenticated to connect my cellphone to the WiFi and, after 15 minutes, the clients menu showed mi login registration (I got connected at 8:01 am and authenticated at 12:44 pm to see if ExtremeCloudIQ would register in proper time, but it does not shows when I got authenticated, or, on the other hand, sometimes does the following:
If I got in the office at 8:00am, my cellphone screen shows a message telling I am on an available network, so I got to select it and then authenticate with my user and password. If I decide to authenticate my device at, let's say 10:32 am, 10 minutes after, the clients menu shows me that, in fact, I got connected (not authenticated) at 8:00 am, but it shows from 8:00 am to 10:32 am that I got authenticated (it gather the whole time since I got connected) so when I got to report at what hour my device got authenticated it shows it was between 8:00am to 10:32 am, since I logged in at 10:32 am, it does not separate the proper time.
Is this going to be fixed in the next update?
There are images explaining this issue.
Best regards.

Hi @sharlee_aviles, were you able to open a case for this issue? This is something we'd need to gather some logs for and then send to our engineers to get a fix in place, which would require a support case.
