Failing to import users in PCG through csv file

Hi Guys,

I am trying to import users through csv file in PCG. XIQ shows success, but I cannot see users in PCG. I can manually add those users. The csv file is based on template file provided by XIQ and have tried through firefox and chrome.

Is it known issue or have I missed something?

I would highly appreciate the feedback.
