Hi community,
Is there a way to downgrade a CloudIQ Pilot account to A Connect one?
If not, is there a procedure to delete an existing account?

To delete an existing instance (Connect or Pilot) we’d need to file a case so we can send the request to our dev ops team. The only information the case should need is your VIQ ID which you can find in Global Settings> VIQ Management.

Hi Mig, still haven’t heard anything but I’m checking in again for you now. Any chance we can get a picture of the error the customer was seeing when he tries to change his email?

I haven’t heard anything but I’m checking on that for you now. Sorry for the slow response, I’m technically off the next two weeks but I’ll be checking in at least once a day to make sure I’m not missing anyone. I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update on your ticket.
