Hi community,
Is there a way to downgrade a CloudIQ Pilot account to A Connect one?
If not, is there a procedure to delete an existing account?

To delete an existing instance (Connect or Pilot) weād need to file a case so we can send the request to our dev ops team. The only information the case should need is your VIQ ID which you can find in Global Settings> VIQ Management.

I havenāt heard anything but Iām checking on that for you now. Sorry for the slow response, Iām technically off the next two weeks but Iāll be checking in at least once a day to make sure Iām not missing anyone. Iāll let you know as soon as we have an update on your ticket.
