iqagent not working

When accessing any of my 37 switches the overview does not show any data. I have tried to enable and disable iqagent by cli. We have even removed the switch and re-added it. But no data comes up. When I try to access the switches by the Extreme APP I get a communication error code 500. I can see everything on the APP except the Wired Interfaces. I checked the firewalls and we are not blocking 34.253.190.222
