Hi,
Sinds Yesterday when we login in the extreme cloudiq we doesn't see the devices anymore I think the Cloudiq had been updated yesterday and because 2fa has been turned on we now don't get the option to fill in the code. Does anyone have a solution we are not able to turn the 2fa off our selfs.

At the moment, we have disabled the 2FA as a Workaround.

Hello,
i have the same problem.
I was able to force the OTP/2FA page by reloading multiple times in incognito mode on mobile.
After that i was able to turn 2FA off.
Tested on Chrome for Android 116.0.5845.114

Here is another workaround if it don't work in incognito mode.
- log in with 2FA account and you will see the "manage your network" page.
- If you click the back button in the browser, the 2FA enter code page comes up and you can complete the login
Tested with Brave Browser
