I noticed the alarm and when right clicking the AP it lists details. I cannot find this same info in either Manage>Alarms or Device360>Alarms (active or cleared). Curious if anyone else has seen similar. Is it possible the alarm timeout/dropoff is longer than one week for Network360 Monitor?

Hi John, sorry for the long wait here, thank you for your patience. I ran this past some of our XIQ engineers and they requested we open a case for this so they can dig in to this with you, no quick tips or solutions came to mind unfortunately.
